Career Opportunities & Education

Career

Our mission is to progress the physical therapy profession.
When appropriately trained, physical therapists have the potential to provide high-value care to patients. We believe that education and mentoring are crucial to being an "A" physical therapist. In the first two years working with us, we contribute $17,000 to continued education and advanced training.  All physical therapists who work at Rainey Pain & Performance participate in a residency program or fellowship or comparable long track training (evaluated by a case-by-case basis).

Quality is a high priority for us at Rainey Pain & Performance. We have a Quality Assurance Program, which consists of the practice of interventions, discussions of how to handle specific situations with patients, peer evaluation of video-recorded patient examinations, and structured mentoring.

Preventing burnout is also crucial to the care of our therapists and patients. We have Rainey Pain & Performance Certified technicians who are dedicated to each therapist, allowing the therapist to focus their attention on providing top-notch care to our patients.

The base of each physical therapist's practice should be sound decision making, excellent communication, and mastered skills. However, we also have some fun toys here that allow us to be creative and better treat patients. While here, you'll have the ability to learn how to measure heart rate variability (HRV), implement virtual reality (VR) with patients, and to use a diagnostic ultrasound machine.

We match 3% of salary towards retirement. We want you to be fulfilled now and in the future!
