When you deal with pain and difficulties like arthritis, fibromyalgia, mobility restrictions, chronic pain, or low back pain, it is tempting to think that surgery, injections, or medications are the only options. Likely you've tried some of these options and found temporary relief, but unfortunately, symptoms have returned. Most of our patients have tried other treatments and had poor experiences or been told by friends and family that pain and problems like mobility restrictions are just part of getting older.  If you relate, we would love to give you another option.

Our physical therapists diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions, more than most people realize. Physical therapists have to be skilled in every area of the body as well as have an understanding of multiple medical conditions to implement proper treatment. Physical therapists at Rainey Pain and Performance have a doctorate-level education, complete a residency and fellowship, specialized training, and always continued education.

We help people who don't want to live with pain return to the activities they love no matter what stage of life they are in without medications, injections, or surgery.

We know you may be skeptical and that healthcare is complicated and confusing, that is why we want to make sure you have all the information you need before committing to making an appointment.
