We offer group resistance & cardio classes that provide an individualized experience through heart rate monitoring. You will optimize your efforts, learn when to push yourself and when to recover, and ensure that every minute of your workout counts.

Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 3:45 for 45 minutes. Facilitated by Rainey Pain & Performance at the West End Health Center (125 S. 2nd St. Sierra Vista, AZ 85635).
Pricing - $95 for 8 classes, $115 a month unlimited, or $15 for a drop-in class.
Why heart rate monitoring? Wearable devices give us great information at our fingertips. A piece of information that stands out is heart rate monitoring. Knowing your heart rate number can tell you a lot about your workout. During exercise, your heart rate is a key indicator of how intense your workout is. Maintaining a certain heart rate can burn more calories and fat and improve your cardiovascular health. It's also possible to overexert yourself, and heart rate monitoring can alert you of danger.
