Balance problems can make life difficult. Balance problems come from multiple sources, joint stiffness, simple aging, and arthritis, to name a few. Strength training can help improve balance by working muscles that keep you stable. We evaluate multiple systems in the body and prescribe active movement to improve and lower the risk of balance problems or falling. You will regain confidence in your balance and ability to move with more ease. We make sure to increase activity to limit soreness gradually, but help you eventually achieve your goals. Nobody falls because they're too strong!
