Mental Health Tools

Are you looking to improve your overall body and organ function? How about reducing stress and anxiety? We offer a variety of modalities that can aid you.
Who would benefit from using mental health tools?

Everyone! They have uses that everyone can benefit from.  Mental health tools range from improving overall body and organ function, reducing stress, reducing depression and anxiety, and more.

What mental health tools do we offer? 
  • We offer a Vagus Nerve Stimulator, an Alpha Stim unit, and a VR headset.
What do they help with?
  • They help with a wide variety of issues. The Vagus Nerve Stimulation helps migraines, tinnitus, epilepsy, depression, widespread pain, overall organ function, and helps to manage stress. The Alpha Stimulator helps treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, and pain. The Virtual reality headset helps treat chronic pain and helps to manage stress.
When can they be used?
  • They can be used from 8- 5:45. 
Why would you benefit from using it? 
  • These instruments can be a self-administered, non-medicated, inexpensive way to improve one’s health.
How much do they cost?
  • They cost $150 for a non-patient monthly subscription and $25 for a non-patient single session. A current or former Rainey Pain & Performance patient is $50 for a monthly membership and $20 for a single session. We can set up your credit card to withdraw payment each month if you want auto-pay. 
How often should they be used?
  • For monthly memberships, mental health tools can be used as frequently as wanted or needed during the week 8-5:45 p.m. M-Th and 8-4:45 on Fridays.
How do I get an appointment?
