If you have any medical conditions or musculoskeletal pain that requires further consultations, Doctors of Physical Therapy are available for the personal trainers to consult if needed.
Our personal trainers will provide nutrition guidance for all needs unless a condition requires a Registered Dietitian.
Meet our trainer: Terri Terri is a NASM-certified personal trainer. She has been involved in athletics either as an athlete or a coach her whole life and loves seeing people achieve their fitness goals. When she is not training others she is focused on her children and all their many activities.
